AD051
AD051 is a high-performance dust filter unit designed to deliver high filtration performance while adapting to different dust characteristics. Air enters the filtration area in a vertical downward pattern and is distributed evenly across the chamber by an inlet baffle.
True Downflow™ technology combines vertical downflow with vertically mounted cartridges. This design directs dust straight into the disposal system and supports efficient pulse jet cleaning. The airflow helps “washing” the filters during operation, creating a two-stage cleaning effect that maintains efficiency. Unlike horizontal elements, trapping dust on top, the vertical configuration prevents recontamination and extends filter life substantially.
A differential pressure sensor monitors filter condition and activates cleaning only when needed. This reduces energy use and keeps filtration performance consistent. For processes requiring air recirculation, the system can be equipped with an optional HEPA filter stage.
